The Dean of the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication at UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau inaugurated the Da’wah Management Alumni Association for the 2021-2022 term at the Theater Building of the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication, Tuesday (11/1). The event was solemn and attended by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation, Head of Da’wah Management Study Program, Secretary of Da’wah Management Study Program, Chair of HMPS, Alumni Advisory Board, and representatives of Da’wah Management Students.
The event began with the oath of management and ended with signing the official handover. In his speech, the elected chairman, Pipir Romadi, S.Kom.I., M.M, who is also a Lecturer of the Da’wah Management Study Program, said thank you for the trust that all alumni have given us to become the administrators of the Da’wah Management Alumni Association for the period 2021-2025. “We hope that alumni will work with each other to give the best contribution to the IKAMDA in particular and also the Da’wah Management Study Program; we will soon carry out activity programs that have been prepared some time ago, including ongoing alumni data collection, community service activities and several other programs.”
While the head of the MD study program, Khairuddin, M.Ag, in his speech, hoped that the Alumni Association could jointly contribute to building the MD and help to prepare for the upcoming accreditation process.” On the same occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication, in his speech, hopes that the Alumni Association can make a good contribution to the study program. “I hope that the Alumni Association can work together with the study program to prepare important components for accreditation needs, one of which is alumni data (tracer study). There is no need for many programs, but there must be one excellent program that can be realized, such as collecting alumni data.”
