IMPROVING HUMAN RESOURCES; FDK HELD THE ESQ CAPACITY BULDING TRAINING

Located at Premier Hotel Pekanbaru, Thursday, September 16, 2021, the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication at UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau carried out the ESQ Capacity Building Training for lecturers and staffs. This activity aims to provide enlightenment and improve the quality of human resources for lecturers and staffs. This event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication, Dr. Imron Rosidi, S.Pd., MA, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Institutional Development, Deputy Dean for Planning, Finance, and General Administration, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Heads of Study Programs, Secretaries of Study Programs, Heads of Laboratories, Head of Administration, ​​Heads of Subsections, and all faculty staffs. This training was also attended by the Dean of FDK for the 2018-2021 periods, Dr. Nurdin, M.A, and Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation for the 2018-2021 Period, DR. Azni, M.A.

In his speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication hoped that this activity would be able to motivate and inspire all participants to jointly encourage and support the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication to a better direction. “The purpose of this ESQ training is how we get inspiration, motivation and act together to support the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication to be better. This faculty needs to be a rowing motion together in the same direction. It is important to follow this ESQ program to build the self-capacity as a lecturer and human being”.

The activity, which was attended by more than 50 participants, was carried out from morning to evening with various stimulating programs by the Pekanbaru Branch of ESQ Institute founded by Dr. HC. Ary Ginanjar Agustian.
